Insights App

Overview​

The Insights app provides real-time sentiment analysis for cryptocurrency and meme coin discussions on X. Track market sentiment, monitor trending topics, and understand community reactions to specific tokens or contract addresses.

Getting Started​

  1. Access the App: Click on the "Insights" icon (✨) in your dashboard sidebar
  2. Enter Your Search: Type any cryptocurrency term, token name, or contract address in the search bar
  3. Press Enter or click Search: The app will fetch the latest tweets from the past 30 minutes

Key Features​

Real-Time Sentiment Analysis​

  • Sentiment Overview: See at-a-glance percentages for positive, negative, and neutral sentiment
  • Visual Indicators: Each tweet is marked with a colored indicator:
    • 🟢 Green (↗️) = Positive sentiment
    • 🟡 Yellow (−) = Neutral sentiment
    • 🔴 Red (↘️) = Negative sentiment

Time Range Filter​

  • Adjustable Time Window: Use the slider to filter tweets from the last 1 to 30 minutes
  • Dynamic Updates: Sentiment percentages and tweet counts update instantly as you adjust the slider
  • Preserved Settings: Your time range preference is saved between sessions

Search Settings​

  • Verified Accounts Filter: Toggle to show tweets only from verified accounts
  • Settings Persistence: Your preferences are automatically saved

Tweet Display​

  • Rich Information: Each tweet shows:
    • Author name and username
    • Blue checkmark for verified accounts
    • Time posted (e.g., "5m ago")
    • Engagement metrics (replies, retweets, likes, views)
    • Direct link to view on X

How to Use​

  1. Enter a search term (e.g., "PEPE", "Solana", or a contract address)
  2. View the sentiment breakdown and recent tweets
  3. Click on any tweet to view it directly on X

Filtering Results​

  1. Click the Settings icon (⚙️) next to the search bar
  2. Check "Only from verified accounts" to filter out unverified users
  3. Adjust the time range slider to focus on more recent or broader timeframes

Understanding Results​

  • Sentiment Percentages: Based on keyword analysis of tweet content
  • Tweet Count: Shows how many tweets match your current time filter
  • Time Context: "Based on X tweets from the last Y minutes"

Tips for Best Results​

  • Specific Terms: Use exact token names or tickers for focused results
  • Contract Addresses: Paste full contract addresses for precise token tracking
  • Time Sensitivity: Use shorter time ranges (1-5 minutes) during volatile market events
  • Verified Filter: Enable during high-activity periods to reduce noise

Data Persistence​

Your search results and settings are automatically saved, allowing you to:

  • Switch between apps without losing your analysis
  • Return later to view the same results
  • Maintain your preferred settings across sessions
